so had some spare times on my hands and decided to cheer myself up looking at our competitors reviews ( the real ones ) when looking at reviews start by the lowest score first these are normally real then see what the 5 star ones look like a lot of them made up they look so different firstly look how they name the employee by first and surname, look at the wording so different and using words that we use in the industry (not what our customers use) you know i have been in touch with some of my customers for 23 years they know my first name very rarely do they use my surname. also the 5 star reviews most are the reviews on completing the quote and contract most companies are good at that its what follows that counts so make sure you read reviews that have been customers for a while, not all companies have a bad service for all customers, but it does make me smile to see the bad reviews on our competitors review sites. Also i do feel the need to point out in our Industry it is normal practise that the contract is auto roll over unless 3 months notice is received prior to the anniversary date as standard ours is every year but most the others do it every 3/5 or 7 years. so I ignore the bad reviews regarding that as it is normal for them terms Please if you are getting quotes or a company asks to quote check the T's & C's, check the contract length, check the extra costs (duty or care/waste transfer) check they have the facility to let you know they are coming (and on the days your open and/or available), check if its a broker or a waste company.Another thing I just wanted to mention is your annual contract is a price for the year, if you pay monthly d/d that is the years fee divided by 12 not a Pay as you go, some items not done every visit (eg sharps) cost more than your monthly d/d but its paid by d/d to spread the cost over the year rather than paying for everything in one lump sum (like most services). If you have any questions regarding our service we are always contactable we like to be transparent in everything your anniversary date is printed on your waste transfer note that is in the folder we give you when you start the contract and on every years note.ok rant over just to let you all know we close for the week 1st April for Easter we have 1 van working for the weekly collections and emergencies but as normal all emails and calls will be diverted just cant guarentee the usual quick response ...
